The state of Brandenburg approves € 20 m for renovation of the existing buildings as historical monuments. A further € 10 m is promised from private donors.

The national and federal state level governments approve € 4.5 m for the renovation of the roofs, from the historical monuments fund for nationally significant cultural monuments.
